In this BetPro Terms & Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

During the account registration process BetPro, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Required details include your full name as per your Malaysian identity card or passport, an active and accessible email address, an active and unique Malaysian phone number, and your exact date of birth for age verification purposes.

BetPro reserves the right to request additional documents for identity verification purposes (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your identity card or passport, proof of current address such as a utility bill or bank statement, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for your first deposit.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BetPro account password. Any activity that occurs under your account — including bets placed, bonuses claimed, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility unless there is substantial evidence that your account was accessed without authorisation. • Bonuses are for the personal use of the member only and may not be transferred to another member or account.
• BetPro's standard wagering requirement for the Welcome Bonus is 20x the bonus amount received. Wagering requirements for other promotions may vary and will be clearly stated in the respective promotion's terms.
• The timeframe to fulfil wagering requirements is 30 days from the date the bonus is credited to your account, unless a different period is specified.

• BetPro reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if there is evidence that a member has attempted to exploit or abuse the bonus system through any unauthorised means.
• A member's original deposit is not subject to any wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time without needing to fulfil any bonus conditions.

All games available on the platform BetPro — including slots, live casino, table games, Sports Betting, and e-sports — each have specific rules displayed within their respective game interfaces. The following general rules apply across all game categories:

Game Results: All digital casino game results on BetPro are final once a round or hand is complete. BetPro uses an independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator) to ensure fair and random outcomes. For live casino games, results are determined by the actions of a real dealer on camera and are equally final.

Technical Error: In the event of a technical error affecting game outcomes — including internet connection interruptions, server failures, or software bugs — BetPro reserves the right to void the affected round or hand and return the original stake to the member's account. No additional payment will be made based on results generated from a technical error.

Sports Betting: For football and other sports betting on BetPro, match results used to settle bets are based on official outcomes received from recognised statistical sources. For the Malaysia Super League, EPL, UEFA Champions League, and other competitions, results after 90 minutes of full-time play (excluding extra time or penalty shootouts unless specified in the bet type) are used to settle standard match bets.

E-Sports: Esports betting on BetPro for Mobile Legends, DOTA 2, CS2, and other tournament competitions is settled based on official results announced by the respective tournament organiser. BetPro is not responsible for any schedule changes or cancellations of esports competitions that are beyond the platform's control.

Cash Out: The Cash Out feature available for certain Sports Betting markets at BetPro allows members to settle a bet before the match ends at a value automatically calculated based on current odds. The Cash Out value may be lower or higher than the original stake depending on how the match is progressing. BetPro reserves the right to suspend the Cash Out feature during volatile market conditions or technical issues without prior notice.

As a member BetPro, you agree to use the platform in a responsible, ethical, and lawful manner. The following are strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action, including account closure:

• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's identity to register a BetPro account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to exploit BetPro's gaming or bonus systems.
• Committing payment fraud, including using a credit or debit card that does not belong to you for deposits.
• Sharing your BetPro account with another individual or allowing another person to use your account.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other method to conceal your actual location while accessing the BetPro platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or suspicious financial activity through the BetPro platform.
• Behaving in a rude, threatening, or harassing manner toward BetPro's support team or other members.

BetPro complies with all applicable AML (Anti-Money Laundering) requirements. We reserve the right to report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities without prior notification to the member involved.

Voluntary Closure: You may close your account BetPro your account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at support@betpro-app.com. Prior to closure, all outstanding original deposit balances that have not been withdrawn will be returned to you via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Any bonus balance that has not met the wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Suspension or Closure by BetPro: BetPro reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that:

Self-Exclusion: At a member's own request on responsible gaming grounds, BetPro may suspend an account for 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access the BetPro platform. A permanent self-exclusion request is irrevocable for a minimum of 12 months.

BetPro provides the platform on an as-is basis and does not guarantee that the service will always be free from technical disruptions or errors. While BetPro strives to maintain 24-hour platform availability, the following situations may occur and are beyond BetPro's control:

• Service disruptions caused by necessary maintenance, which will be communicated to members with advance notice where possible.
• Unforeseeable technical disruptions including server failures, cyberattacks, or third-party network outages.
• Cancellation or postponement of a sports match or esports competition by the organiser, which is beyond BetPro's control.
• Regulatory or legislative changes that require BetPro to modify or discontinue certain services.

In all of the above situations, BetPro's liability is limited to a refund of the original stake affected. BetPro is not responsible for any indirect losses, anticipated profits, or loss of opportunity claimed by members.

BetPro committed to ensuring our platform is used as responsible entertainment. As part of this commitment, we provide the following tools, accessible from your account settings:

• Daily / Weekly / Monthly Deposit Limits: Set a limit on the total amount you can deposit within a given period. Limits take effect immediately and can be lowered at any time, but increasing a limit requires a 24-hour waiting period.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit for a single day, week, or month. Once the limit is reached, BetPro will automatically block any further betting for that period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum playtime per session or per day. BetPro will send reminders and can block the session once the limit is reached.
• Temporary Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend access to your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days if you need a break from the platform.
• Monthly Activity Statistics: Review your monthly gaming activity summary, including total amount deposited, total amount wagered, and your overall results for the month.

We do not sell or transfer your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
